On July 4th, in order to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship, and comprehensively improve the vocational skills and professional quality of female employees, the "Elegant Female Worker" Female Employee Vocational Skills Competition in Zibo City opened at Zibo Haisibao Clothing Customization Co., Ltd. This competition is jointly organized by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal Traditional Industry Development Center.

Female workers are an important part of industrial workers, and holding the city wide "Female Workers' Professional Skills Competition" is a specific measure to promote the reform of Zibo's industrial worker team construction. It is reported that this female workers' vocational skills competition includes three projects: textile and clothing sewing workers, room attendants, and Chinese pastry chefs. 73 female workers from 37 enterprises and institutions in the city will participate in the final round.

In this competition, our company sent 4 outstanding employees to participate in the textile and clothing sewing worker competition, winning 1 second prize and 3 excellent awards. Behind the excellent results is the perfect presentation of the employees' solid professional skills and exquisite craftsmanship.
